Delete Account and Data

In Rizur, open your profile, choose Account, then choose Delete account. The app asks you to verify the Google or Apple account you use to sign in before it schedules the deletion.

If you cannot access the app, email support@rizur.app from the address linked to your account when possible. Use the subject line Delete my Rizur account.

• Account profile details such as name, email, profile photo, provider identifiers, and app account identifiers.
• Expense and income records, categories, vendor names, notes, and AI-extracted transaction data saved in your account.
• Saved attachments, notification tokens, connected email-sync data, and any remaining processing records associated with the account.

Rizur may keep limited records for legal compliance, fraud prevention, security investigations, dispute handling, audit obligations, or short-term backup recovery. Those retained records are kept only as long as reasonably necessary.

An in-app request schedules permanent deletion after a 30 days grace period and signs you out immediately.

Sign in again during the grace period if you want to cancel the scheduled deletion and keep using Rizur. Support-assisted requests may require identity verification before they can be processed.
